Oh, and what I saw today: The Verzetsmuseum (about the Dutch Resistance) - definitely worthwhile - and the Jewish Historical Museum (which has a spectacularly good children's section - I nearly died laughing listening to Max the Matzoh's schtick) - and the Amstelkring (thanks, Dichroic). (I didn't originally plan it to be persecuted religions day, but I guess that's how it worked out...)

No time for Maastricht or the many others, but thanks for the recommendations and the good wishes...
